At Govee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart lighting experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or log into your Govee account to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 7-10 business days.
